How to overcome the issues:

  1. Align your marketing with the game’s content, and gameplay. In the worst-case scenario, at least add a mini-game that meets the player’s expectations from the creatives you showcase.
  2. Optimize content and have modular downloads

Uninstall rates for games are 52.02%, 1 in every 2 gaming apps are uninstalled within 30 days. If the game doesn’t make a memorable first impression, it is usually uninstalled.

The gap between Organic vs non-organic D30 uninstall rates for games is merely 14%. For non-gaming apps, it’s around 25%.
